Taking Online Classes
Sign up is easy!
You can sign up online with your class card, monthly membership or for an online discounted drop in rate of $15 per class! If you're having trouble accessing your Mindbody account for Park Fitness BK, please send us an email and we'll gladly assist you in resetting your login information. Because of your ability to access the recording of class up to 24 hours after purchase, we will not be issuing refunds in the event you can’t tune in Live.
How it Works Our virtual classes will be accessible via Zoom. After you sign up online, you will receive a link to participate 5 - 10 minutes before the class begins, so please be sure you have a valid email address attached to your Mindbody account. Pre-registration will close 15 minutes before the start of the class. It's imperative that you check your email so you can join our Live class in a timely fashion. Once class ends, we will email you a link to the recording that will be available to you for up to 24 hours.
*Take a look at some of these Zoom Tutorials to brush up on your digital yoga skills, but please keep in mind we’re only able to help you troubleshoot Park Fitness related technologies.

Taking Outdoor Classes
Location: Ditmas Park Junior High Schoolyard
Cortelyou rd (betw. East 7th & 8th street)
Registration Guidelines
Registration is required!
No refund will be given for outdoor classes unless you early cancel.
Unlimited members will be charged a Single class fee ($20) if they register and don't attend.
Outdoor Class Guidelines
Always wear mask when coming to attend and when leaving the outdoor class.
Maintain atleast 6 feet apart from your fellow member and instructor.
Bring your own mat
Bring Water
Sanitizer and first aid kit will be available at all times.
All outdoor classes will practice social distancing and adhere to the CDC and NYS Guidelines for best practices during outdoor recreation.

FIT CAMP
Energizing, fun, HIIT workout. Increase strength and burn calories using body weight, Dumbbells, Kettle bells and TRX using high intensity interval training techniques.
Intermediate/advanced
YOGA
All Levels are welcomed in this vinyasa blend. Increase Flexibility, reduce stress and improve your core strength.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT
Burn calories , tone and strengthen your entire body with a mindful approach. This low impact workout, doesn't stress the joints and avoids explosive movements. Work on balance, core, strength, and stamina! Great for beginners and anyone who wants a total body toning workout
